Optics

A: branch of physics that studies electromagnetic radiation and its interactions with matter. Optics generally describes the behaviour of visible, ultraviolet, and infrared light. (BLACKLIGHT) The study of optics extends to other forms of electromagnetic radiation, radio waves, microwaves and X-rays. B: Public Perception l In celebtity and politics, optics refers to how someone or something is perceived by the public. Managing appearances and analyzing how a choice will "look" to others. Can be used to sell a view point a product or in hopes of humane treatment.
