Dunning-Kruger Effect

Moins une personne en sait, plus elle croit savoir. Alors que dans cet état ils estiment que les tâches difficiles sont beaucoup plus faciles qu'ils ne le sont réellement. Plus ils apprennent, plus ils savent qu'ils ne savent pas et plus leur jauge de difficulté est précise

The less a person knows about a thing, the more they believe they know. While in that state they estimate that difficult tasks are much easier than they actually are. The more they learn the more they know they don't know and the more accurate their gauge of difficulty
